If you have an idea in mind but cannot see exactly what you are looking for, please contact us. We will happily work with you to make that special Duck for any occasion

Payment

We accept payment by Paypal. Once payment is confirmed, the item will be shipped within two weeks

 

Shipping

Delivery is made via MyHermes or Royal Mail. 

If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, we cannot be held responsible. The buyer will therefore be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
 

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Items can be returned for 30 days after purchase. Please mail back in original package

We will refund your money up to 30 days after purchase or extend credit, whichever you request, minus the shipping cost.
